Sure Tribe underwrote and took it all up - not sure i’d say he’s “up to his neck” though ? It’s still only a very small percentage of net worth - he’s in his 70’s ? with a few hundred mill if it doesn’t work out he just shrugs his shoulders and moves on. Hockings was free carry plus some i think when he sold to tribe so even new money is just reinvesting profit ? Of the top 3 holders i’d say “DS” or whatever alias he uses probably has the most at stake and heavily invested ?
