MOD DFS was US$368m pre-tax NPV8 at Cu price of $3.08 (which is well above current and has a huge effect on economics) for an IRR of 33%. SFR paid about 33% of that valuation.
ADT SS is a pre tax NPV8 of over US$1bn at more reasonable metal prices and an IRR over 100%. 33% of that valuation is about A$500m or a share price of $2.50 but I doubt that will get it over the line here.
Current exploration results are hitting big step outs. Each 1Mt at Rupice is worth over A$100m in post tax cashflows. Doesn't take long to stack up a bit more to a TO premium.
