So would the Federal ASIC hold the principles responsible for carrying out planning assessments in NSW liable for not addressing climate change in their decisions when the NSW Government may forbid them to do so with proposed legislation at the state level?
Currently there is a NSW Govt. Legislative Council survey to assess public responses to the proposed legislation from this page.
