    I think we are arguing different things?

    Market participants saw the news and shrugged it off. There was no selling pressure based on the various articles that hit the wires. The MARKET thought it was immaterial.

    News feeds dont determine whether something is material, it simply reports. Market is informed. Market does not move. Q.E.D. market thought it was immaterial
