AGAIN, there are three branches of government and it is for this reason, it is an abuse of power for Nancy & Schifff to declare it is an obstruction of justice. It is the very reason there is a judicial branch.

Now, since the impeachment is a political tool, the Dems can label it “obstruction of justice” if they want.

But for you to claim it is an “indisputable fact” is just plain dishonest or you are basically trying to BS people.

For it to be an “indisputable fact”, the Dems must do what the constitution is meant to do and that is to challenge Trump in court. Trump can or would put his case forward that the Dems obstructed justice by not allowing him to have his own counsel. Trump woujd also argue that the sham process wouldn’t allow for his witnesses and that the Dems withheld their own information like testimonies and for Trump to face his accuser, being the whistleblower which he could argue is his constitutional right.

There are so many reasons for Trump to challenge the validity of the subpeana and his participation, along with others, that for you to claim it is an “indisputable fact” is the biggest load of rubbish I have read for some time. .

This is mine, “Trump has committed obstruction, that is an indisputable fact.”

Are you saying Trump hasn't obstructed?
