Projects out of step with the market will not get funded as the Debt Providers are extremely risk averse to marginal projects.

To be able to achieve Binding Offtake Agreements for projects out of step with the market simply wont be achievable.

Interesting Video worth watching and listening to what the Debt guys have to say ; )

OZNT, WKT is out of step with the market, it is trying to enter a small niche market and flood it with new supply while supposedly receiving premium pricing - we will see...
