Yeah I agree it is point scoring however you're making a very large assumption that isx presented what it thinks should be in place. Why would they do that during a licensing briefing? Why do the slides say "in full compliance with AML regulations"?
Where is the evidence that they don't have AUSTRAC reporting in place? Keen to understand why this is obvious.
