Spectrums first win ... as quoted in the "Watercooler Times" .... the separation of VMC's legal action into two issues/cases was successful.
VMC had to pay Spectrum for the costs as well.
The case to prove that they were seeking to acquire the PW lease with an entity that didn't exist will be an interesting one ......
Bring on March .... so we can move forward with a clean breeze ...
