My opinion is we are stuck between Tassie Hydro wanting to offload the road to the State government and the State Government doesn't want it til it is upgraded and round and round we go. I have been in the property industry for 35 years I know what it takes to cut a deal. I also know what it is like dealing with Govt / Semi Government departments. I wouldn't spend one cent until the Contract is inked.
