Ditto. I don't believe Ms Edwardes or Mr James Gurrey would approve of that behaviour. Time is marching on. I was wrong before - expected something better from the AGM - but still believe more horse trading and a more positive Offer for minority shareholders is currently being considered. Why else the delay? Why not serve-up what they (Board) already knew was on Offer from BBIG. And if they did make an Announcement before December 24 then how does that advantage BBIG and disadvantage us? Minority shareholders hold the solution.
