I wonder who the sophisticated investors are and will be? I might be completely wrong, but would’t it be a great strategy to put a stick with funding carrot in front of Kains and invest something at the start at premium to make it look good and convincing and then delay the funding as much as possible that Kains will have no option to find solution very quickly and under pressure? At those moments there is no time for many solutions and the sophos are here and ready. And while we are promising funding at premium, we will vacuum any cheap shares at discount rate (as we will be the sophisticated investors now). The outcome for company would be the same if there was a time to offer the shares to retail investors as well, yet the beauty is that in this case, there is no time to care about those pests....I guess the people behind the 2.5 cents offer are the same team as sophisticated investors buying at 1 cent. Well done....
