'Venus ordered to pay Spectrums costs for the successful application' - they are not off to a good start!
Normally you try to hear the case at one time to reduce costs. The court must feel that there is 'reasonable doubt' in the VMC case if they are splitting the proceedings. Personally, I think VMC is in all sorts of trouble!
It's going to be an interesting case.
