Do understand your concern but it is not going to happen with Blueline JV, project is viable without any US Govt involvement and pretty much any US involvement at all.
It is however a strategic precursor play on a US magnet supply chain IF they get their commercial policy settings right.
If I understand correctly that is the point of debate ATM.
