Just as an example.
Herceptin is a massive selling drug (now off patent, so there's the generic sales too). $10b plus per year.
But in gastric cancer it achieves only a 12% increase in median overall survival (that's only an extra 1.4 months). But yet it's worth a fortune in sales!
