exactly, short of a blockbuster result which gets media attention the share price will drift backwards. The problem is the wording is rubbery. Encouraging and stable are words that can be interpreted in many ways, someone can be stable in intensive care but they are still in intensive care. And companies always put the most positive spin on things they can.
It is still only a p1b and the true outcomes won’t be known for a long time.
