This is the announcement of the targets after the HEM survey.
Of note is the highlighted section referring to targets proximal ( next to) the Penny West mine.
If SPX and Platina ( the owners) already had an agreement, why allow VMC conduct a HEM survey over the Mine ?
And why would VMC put out an public announcement declaring targets ‘proximal it the Pennt West mine’’ if they didn’t have some form of agreement? Surely anyone would then jump on this information and run to Platina with an offer....
