Honestly mate this is one of the biggest items to understand with full clarity.

I also think they will be limited in what they can say due to asx rules. If I was attending I would ask it like this and perhaps specific to BKW considering the JV is in place.

1. Can I confirm that the JV partners will be paying for the machines upon completion?

2. Will FBR as a joint venture partner pay for part off the completed machine or will it be paid for solely by the other partners?

3. When splitting revenue and costs from the JV can you please explain the following;

Will bricks be bought from JV partner at standard industry rate?

Will maintenance and operational costs come out before sharing revenue?

After bricks, maintenance and operational costs are dealt with how will the profit from the hx laying bricks be shared amongst the JV partners?

I believe they would be great things to know about our JV's however like I said this may be to sensitive to disclose at this point.

I'm happy for anyone to ask these questions should they wish but please if you do provide an update on here for my sake!
