Your understanding of the health sector intrigued me! What does the majority of the sector currently use to detect pain levels of patients? Answer - Abbey Pain Scale or it equivalent. PainChek is the evolution of the Abbey Pain Scale (labelled by the creator of the Abbey Pain Scale who as a result joined the BOD) so one can only surmise that PainChek will be become the standard replacing every age care centre and hospital that Abbey Pain Scale is used. It’s cheaper to use in the long term due to the time saving benefits and integration to back end systems. If there is a current system that detects pain levels in real time and several times a day if necessary, that can be utilised daily in an age care/hospital environment please let me know so I can invest it that.
