What is this nonsense about professional investors taking up the shortfall. I must have missed the part of the prospectus where this offer was underwritten (a legal requirement if it is).
Are these the same professional investors who were meant to invest 15m at 1c back in September? When they backed out?
Or the same professional investors who pulled 6m out at the 3c raise earlier this year.
Why are these uprampers so confident that history won't repeat itself? What has changed between then and now that is actually positive? All news that has come out to date has been negative. Terrible set of financial accounts - check. Still no directors - check. Capital market in micro cap stocks terrible - check. Meir still on the board - check.
Up rampers are working overtime lately to persuade people to put money in - ignoring the cold hard truths.
