136 shares at $36.75 per share for $5000 (with bal of the money going to the Red Cross).
I am planning on not taking up this offer. My personal reasons are
1. I want to increase my holdings in other sectors and want to conserve my cash for that.
2. The discount is not big enough to sway me from reason #1.
3. The number of shares being offered is too small a parcel for me.
