Ben had the option to continue talks with SKI up until April. He chose not to...why do you think Y308.?
Provide good negative researched post and I will add to the discussion because I dont have blinkers on.
One more miss informed presentation, lack of corporate governance and CR thought bubbles will lead to major issues for this board. I put the board on notice...where were you.
Now Y308, listen to the people who attended the AGM and asked the right questions. You might learn something as you seem to be interested in this investment. I'm here on HC to learn and to correct only where the conversations becomes unsubstanciated and presented as statements.

Your statement, "both the financial package and NAIF have been finalised"....your not comprehending.
The package now is at FID stage. This stage includes the Offtaker/customer to provide notice of their facility. SKI didn't and Ben terminated the aggreement. Now technically we do not have a binding LFA hence FID stage is now on hold. .......nothing "has been finalised". Hope you understand.
We wait news on Plan B.

Lol - are you serious! He didn't have that option at all - he passed on that option to SKI who, in their total discretion, chose not to pursue it! If they had sent the required letter, they could have kept it going for another 6 months. Read the announcement!
