Politics has been an issue with most of our high value contracts - IC, SQ and Venezuela to name a few. Unfortunately these are also the most capital intensive, have the lowest profit margin and are the most risky. They look impressive on the resume but are not doing anything for the bottom line yet. I hope that, until we reach sustainable profitability, management concentrates more on the higher margin projects that have a short time frame from contract to completion, particularly in China which has the greatest potential and is not likely to have delays owing to political instability.
