Having traded the Aussie 200 for quite some time with my fair share of success,I can honestly say I have found that the most rewarding hours are between 10-30 and 3-30,and go for small profits, and never hang aroung for any more than 20 minutes in any trade unless its really going your way with a lot of momentum
