Hoffanator, please don't panick about funding the mine construction (capex)....sell if you must but stop acting like its the end of the world for a director to leave.(last year a Paladin director was killed in plane crash for example)
Geoff Stanley is an experienced executive (read his CV ) ...he will negotiate successfully the funding for a mine in the top ten producers.
