If AUZ wanted it over, they could have walked on 30 Sep - as at least one of the CP was not met i.e. the funding.
So why didn't they walk then?
The answer is obvious - but you guys just want to spin it in a way that helps you sleep at night. Understandable I guess, but won't help you eat tomorrow!
