Part of the reason I am buying now. If the share price moves above $0.50 next week there will be a rush on applications. Preference is a bit different on this one, being on trading, first cum and record date holdings. If you are an early applicant and have been buying shares on market you will be given first preference. You also get the shares cheaper of course and can sell out of the excess later.

Its edging up and I wouldn't be at all surprised if OCC persuade the main Insto's who bought in to push it up to $0.50 on close for next week (you will recall a 300K came in Tuesday on close). These guys don't want this stock under $0.50. I could be accused of 'ramping' of course, but the large sellers of earlier in the week have gone (its $0.485/495 as I write) so chances to buy < $0.50 appear to be diminishing with time. If you were hmming and aghhing abut taking up the offer, just go on market and buy instead - cheaper and assured.
