well, I don’t know if they have been nailed but the quickest route to trading is not via the courts. It’s via answering asx’s questions. Unless those answers are bad ones.
so, yes, it also looks to me like ISX is feeling boxed into a corner and need time so the lawsuit provides just that. They won’t exit suspension while a suit like this one is being pursued so they are buying time for some other objective.
