Yep, I take back any positive comments on research done my the BMN Band of Brothers in relation to management.
Talking to management and thinking they were top notch, and that listing on the TSX was positive because the Canadians underdstand U has been questionable.
Last nights sell off on the TSX must be raised by the ASX.
I think some of the action by this company may be called into question in regard to the granting of the EPL and continuous disclosure regarding the Motion which I have already informed BMN about) and will be watching closely to see if some sort of Class Action may be warranted by stock holders who have not been fully informed. I am sure Slater and Gordon would be all over this.
