Is it really any surprise that within a handful of trading days after closing the SPP, the selling ends and share price stabilises? As if the big boys were going to allow the $5m SPP to succeed...
The ASX is fundamentally broken in my opinion. In the 15 years or so I've been investing, I've never felt more disillusioned with the mechanics of the ASX than I do now. Truly transparent and open placements (digital) and the removal of "Institutional/Sophisticated" rules can't come soon enough. Level the playing field and give the market the transparency it deserves in the modern world we live in.
