If the ASX has no lawful or valid or justifiable or impartial reason to continue with the suspension, it could or should be lifted ASAP. Why do we need to wait until the results of the Federal Court hearing? Have I missed an ASX statement on the matter? The Federal Court hearing is investigating many claims in relation to ASX's actions against ISX - one being ASX's suspension of ISX shares . ISX were not given a valid reason for the suspension, also ASX will need to explain to the Federal Court during the hearing, why the length of the suspension, why the lack of impartiality of ASX's actions against ISX etc etc Then there are the confidentiality issues etc. Ceviche - thank you for the reminder re the 20 Dec deadline. With all the trolls on ignore and with so many holders' posts deleted, it is easier not to be too distracted by HC. Certainly understand why some ISX shareholders are choosing not to post.

two things to think about: - if there were no valid reason to suspend then it wouldn’t be suspended, no? - what’s the burden for a “valid reason” to suspend? What has asx told ISX and the market and does it meet that burden?
