the way i read it is that the land itself is worth $1m, and after the building it'll be worth about $6m (not the cost)
So wondering if that means we'll see $6m on the balance sheet of solagran at year-end. nice if we do b/c that'll make our balance sheet look pretty healthy... especially if it means the russian govt just gave us EUR$1m of land for free and the valuation of the building will be above $5m which will be above cost!
I'll be drooling when I see the income statement after the cash starts flooding in.. no doubt it'll be soon !!
