Danube - I think you're reading too much into the Savanna case. The fact that Savanna waited for 2 years before lodging a claim indicates that this is an opportunistic attack with "greed" being on the part of Savanna and not BMN. Savanna saw an opportunity to rattle the cage and benefit from an alledged technicality. BMN haven't played the game (i.e. paid them off) and now it's time for Savanna to put up or shut up. If they proceed with their claim, they're into a serious battle against Government and BMN - meaning huge legal costs.
