    Danube,
I think you will find that in Nambia it is common practice for the mines department to give the same land to different companies to look for different types of deposits.
Even on other explorers land, for example DYL, somebody else has a right to look for say stone or copper.
This is what had lead to the problems with Savanah, and if they are allowed to win their legal battle with BMN, would open up a can of worms for other uranium explorers.
Do you think that Savanah is the only old german colony company waiting to grab somebody elses land?
This is why they cannot be allowed to win, because it could destroy Nambia'a great reputation for uranium exploration.
Nambia is a very poor country with much poverty, and allowing a grab for BMN's land could ruin their efforts to rid themselves of some of their poverty.
Of course anything can happen, and they could ruin it for themselves, but I doubt it. IMHO.
Anyway, the stall by Savanah looks to me that they just want some money to go away. IMHO.
