Looks like the legal proceedings are crawling forward. The AFR had the following today
"Embattled tech company iSignthis commenced legal action against the ASX earlier this month, for what it says is its unlawful suspension.
The judge assigned to that case is Federal Court Justice Jennifer Davies.
She must be getting very familiar with the company. On Friday, she'll preside over a case management hearing in yet another case involving iSignthis. In that case, it's the one being sued, by early investor (and QMS executive director) David Edmonds, who alleges he was dudded out of $1.5 million worth of performance rights (that being his alleged and disputed allotment of that $500 million stock windfall to iSignthis' architects that aroused so much commentary in September).There are 16 justices of the Melbourne Federal Court, making the odds of getting the same judge twice a lot shorter than those of a company being investigated by the ASX (and ASIC) turning around and suing the bourse instead.
On Monday, iSignthis released a guidance update blaming the ASX suspension for "slower growth and lesser volumes in its forward sales pipeline". In court documents, it blamed the lengthy ASX suspension for unspecified "reputational damage".

We wondered whether he was the "Nickolas John Karantzis" who signed a popular change.org petition last week calling for no less than a royal commission into the bourse for alleged crimes against retail shareholders.
