The article I quoted was published by Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company.
The article further states:
"Transparent solar windows that will be fabricated from the prototype production line will be used in pilot installation projects that will start within the next coming months and year."
From this comment it seems obvious to me that CPV is well ahead of Ubiquitos.
