mav you have to be kidding never seen so much mis informed rubbish. Greenland banks can not legally invest in a mining project (there is only one plus one foreign bank). I do agree shange is totally governed by the Chinese government and before it can do anything in rare earths it needs higher permission ,how do I know that I was told by senior chinese government official. the fact that shange can go to 60% was stated to the Chinese exchange and has not been withdrawn is the subject of too much discussion here. This problem of whether there is a 60% option or not is easily fixed all there company has to do is release the full agreement and its over along with any price guidelines for offtakes etc.
I agree with alexander it is never heard of for the Chinese not to have a path to control, they have been burnt too often in the past with minority interests.
However your best bit is the statement about you should have kept up with what has happened in the last 18 months ,actually its been a decade of no questions answered , latterly the likes of dull and alexander have been asking real questions none of which have been answered by the company or the people who represent the company here just continual attacks on them for daring to ask real questions.
