Hopefully the final post. I believe this might be why the SPP is critical at the moment.@Weitwinkel

Weinerberger and its history with FBR.
Mike relates the story with Weinerberger, around 2015, when they made the decision to use adhesive rather then mortar. They wanted to find the largest blocks/bricks they can find, and it turns out its the "porotherm" from Weinerberger. They also tried to get into contact with the CEO of Weinerberger several times, but keeps getting sidelined and no traction. Finally, sometimes after the CAT announcement, Weinerberger actualy gave them a call. Here is the conversation from as much as I can recall. Might be an exageration on my part, but I'll get to that.

Weiner: "Hey I hear you guys are using our blocks for this machine you are building, can we invite you to Vienna?"
Mike:"Nope, We ordered 6 pallets of your product and tried to contact you guys for months about it, and you are finally calling us now about it? We've finally created our own blocks that fits our needs better."

This is probably why you are only seeing these gray blocks with 4 holes in them during the presentations. The machine can lay them and they will all aligned properly, they are used to route electrical, pipes, etc thru them. Machine also cuts them into halves, quarter. Mike gave the example that a typical house build will generate around thousands of dollars of wastes, while the builds only generated very minimum waste blocks, orders of 10s $. It will get smaller, but getting to zero might or might not happen.

He also mentioned that the biggest block weights around 20-30KG, basically the limitation for a human bricklayers. He is hoping for bigger/heavier blocks for the HX. Bricks/blocks are designed for human bricklayers and not for machines. He also gave the examples of certain clay bricks that would warp over time. Its possible to rectify this within the machine with a "re-renderer", but its not a priority now.

Now for the theory I have been floating around in my mind since the meeting.
The history with Weinerberger gels with the WAAS presentations and MIke's comments on Brick/blocks manufacturers wants and needs FBR. There is no doubt that a JV with Weinerberger would be next. We already have FBA, call this new entity FBE. I believe, it is this FBE, that the funding would be used. Its also possible that it might be a separate "listed" company in one of the european stock exchange. I don't know much about how dual stock listing works. Or even how an arrangement btw FBE and FBR would work either in separate countries. But as the "parent" company of say FBE, its possible whatever revenue generated thru FBE, would directly impact FBR. Not sure about how this would impact Weinerberger as well. Its possible, Weinerberger will be either an exclusive partner with FBE, or an exclusive client, using FBE to supply WAAS. Its also possible Weinerber might have a controlling stake in FBE with a shared revenue scheme btw FBR. Its also possible Weinerberger, along with FBE would be designing, research, develope new blocks that would fit with the HX, and they possibly larger/bigger/heaveier then any blocks/bricks ever made.

PS: again, its all speculations Hence I left this to last. Would love to hear thoughts on this.

    One more thing.

Hey communication officer, if you are reading this, why don't FBR just setup a forum in fbr.com.au for us shareholders to gripe about directly to you guys instead of using HC. Just make sure you reserve ash007 for me over there.
