with the December 3rd deadline for the mailout, I have been told that OBJ issued the papers to the asx last week. The asx hasn't got in touch with us with any queries so it seems they are  just following the ASX process.

so we tried to submit more info with the initial acquisition ann and were told we couldn't, by the ASX . so now it seems that that information is added again and the ASX are checking up the details. so no delays by management or problems with the deal, just the ASX being the ASX.
