If I were a director of BPG or had any affiliation with the company, I'd probably want to gather free shares to try regain ownership the company that is limited by shares... IMO, Of course.

Not implying anything, just an over imaginative mind perhaps?

I plan to hold my shares until 31 Jan 2020 and wait for the official delisted announcement, then sell via delisted.com.au for the tax write off.

All of the above IMO only, DYOR etc.

You don't need to sell to delusted. U can wait for administrator ti declare zip left on the account so no payout. Then u can write them off
