FBR does and has received RD rebates.
If government receives a share of capital then yes i agree with funding, if not then i dont Corporate welfare cost to our society through subsidies and discounts is six times social welfare cost it is a massive failing of Capitalism and most citizens dont even begin to understand the accounting behind it.
