So ISX said that the licences and activation codes were transferred to ISX's customers directly. So by that reason they claim to never had access to them. Which is weird considering that presumably it was ISX themselves that paid for and then deployed the software into the cloud system that they configured. So how could it be possible that ISX has never had any access to them?
