Do you know what the situation is with ABX assets at this time? Are they free to sell their LEG holding?
If not, this then means that Harmony would have approved the sale? That itself has implications and we still don't know who the buyer was.
Could it have been a transfer of ownership from Abelle to Harmony in order to simplify things from Harmony's position? Although I guess this does not really make sense as it would just trigger transaction costs and taxation implications.
Now I'm even more confused. Not an unusual situation.
