Vmoto don't 'make' any motorbikes anymore. They have leased their wholly owned factory to Super Soco who is contracted to make vmoto branded (newest = VS1) and super soco branded bikes.
The startegic alliance gives Vmoto exclusive worldwide rights (ex China) to market and sell the bikes, one of which is the Cux which empoed uses. It also has the rights to sell into the China market, rebrnded soco bikes such as the Ducati special edition Cux.
