    imo, any consortium bid would first have to be approved by banks(not yet) then shareholders..the consortium can start buying up centro shares but only when they feel close to a deal..and when they do, massive volumes would trade upwardly just before an ann.

    It looks like Banks need to make the decision..balls in their court,with not much time remaining..(close on centro or allow consortium to rank ahead of them..weighing up consequences of each)
