The courts are not ruling on whether Trump has committed obstruction, Congress will rule if he has and if it is impeachable.
Trump's own words are not third party hearsay.
Yep, Trump is so innocent that he has ordered those that could exonerate him not to testify, and Trump and the Trumpies have gone out of their way to attack anyone that even remotely puts forward under oath testimony that impacts negatively on Trump's actions. But have put almost zero work into addressing the facts.
Pity they are unlikely to call witnesses at the trial, but I understand why the Republican's would be sheet scared of opening up a Pandora's box of Trump's shifty dealings.
