AB1 is issuing shares and options for acquisitions and to executives with no feedback on the value of those shares for some months. It hurts the company's medium to long term reputation and credibility.

I'm sure the new joint Co Secretary is there to sort some of the accounting mess but unprofessional to enter into transactions based on the share price when it hasn't traded for so long.
