Makattack - if you read that transcript, you will see that it is alledged that the invoice was a fraud.
Maybe it is good management by Pallister to not pay US$200k for products that were never received by them or on a fraudulent invoice?
Maybe it is the only right thing he has done in many years of "managing" QTK.
Anyone know of the final outcome of this court case?
