    Your question is not so stupid ScorpioGirl,

    Sure if it falls below 10c you might be able to buy on market at this price.

    But what if you want to buy 20 million, 100 million or 300 million of them for 10c?

    That might be real hard to do on market. Answer is, accumulate a whole lot of oppies cheap, and excercise at 10c, you don't need to move the market. Needs to be a big player of course.
