    thank you for clearing that up, I can’t recall which company it was exactly and this whole situation has become to tiresome to go look for it again it could have been fcorp, anyway I’m referring to the one that was only registered shortly before making the payments and never did any additional business. What would the situation look like if it was to be found that a related party set up this business and made these payments in order for the isx team to achieve the performance shares?

    what’s the worst possible outcome in terms of the business and shareholders money, at the end of the day I would think liability no matter how illegal a thing had been done would lie with the individuals and that doesn’t really detract from the fact that the business it self is a winner would that just result in a few people being forced out than being replaced and the business moves forward.

    Apologise if this seems left field I have a decent chunk of money in this thing and the longer it goes on you know it is quite concerning and the thoughts and ideas as to the possibilities of worst case I think can get away with me sometimes so any clarification on this would be nice thank you.
