Anyone with a small holding will be sent the proceeds of the sale and incurr no sale fees.. however you will be sent the market price at the time.
the rule only states the shares are to be sold to another holder, if that holder is a director picking up 120m shares at 0.001 then hey looks like a good Xmas present to them selves.
